SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS FAQ
Rockstar has not released official PC requirements. Based on community analysis, leaked playtesting footage (RTX 2080 Super was used), and console specs, experts predict a minimum of GTX 1660 + 12GB RAM and recommended of RTX 3060 + 16GB RAM.
Almost certainly yes. GTA 6 is being built for PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, both of which use high-speed NVMe SSDs. The game's massive open world will require SSD speeds. HDDs are expected to be unsupported.
Based on GTA 5's 100GB+ footprint and the game's much larger scale, experts estimate 150GB of SSD space. Some estimates go as high as 300GB including updates and DLC.
GTA 6 is not releasing on PC at launch. The PC version is expected in 2027. Official system requirements will be announced closer to that release. If your PC can run modern AAA games at decent settings, you likely have nothing to worry about.
